Shocked. SHOCKED I say, whenever I hear a utility say "<random event> could drive record demand for <specific utility>."

Say what ? National Grid says we have all the power we need. Yet they ask us to reduce usage while we freeze our bottoms off. Laughable ! This is the 2nd in a year they have done this.
