Time ticking down for town to act on comprehensive plan

The Dunkirk Town Board gathered Thursday night to talk about plans for the town as well as its town hall. Supervisor Richard Purol said the board really needs to think about the building....

Captain, maybe they'd have enough money for repairs if they use some of the money they skimmed from the IDA.

Buy a double-wide trailer. Repairs needed on the current hall would cost much more, and building a brand new one is simply unnecessary. How many people (on avg) attend town hall meetings?
