Unless they closed down there was a employee testing company at the old Agway building in Fredonia. They don't come to you but just a supervisor take the employee there no appointment needed. Why pay for some one to travel here to do the testing?

Sounds like a simple task made difficult...in "the real world (private sector), department heads know when service/goods contracts for thier dept are about to expire, so, a couple MONTHS BEFORE the current contract expires they go out and get 3 bids! Then they present the 3 bids and make any changes BEFORE the current contract expires...simple task done every day in the "real world"....to me, it is the Dept Heads responsibility to make sure it should have happened that way.

I want to know what council is going to do to hold people responsible for mis-handling HUD funds.

What does it matter if they are local? If a company supplies a service at a lower price in a time appropriate manner. Suggestion to Council..Get a big White board for chambers with dates of the due date for contracts on it. Or maybe just a folder and call for a review each Council meeting. Just a thought!
