by not talking about the issues,has he has taken the position of "to remain silent and though a fool, than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt" if so LaDolcea could learn from that tactic

He is talking about what he and the other Legislators will accomplish this year. The same as last year......NOTHING!!! They will continue to have meaningless debates.

Mr. Heenan is a good man and answers to his constituents. Actions speak louder than words. Agree with his positions or not, you have to admit that talk is cheap.

Now that's leadership!! However, at least he didn't bloviate about creating jobs he can't create, ending or reducing government programs he can't and talking about reducing taxes that he has no control over like almost every other interviewee did.
