Wow. $29,500 to a company to tell you if the roof is leaking, boards are rotting, concrete is cracked etc. Just think its all being paid for with our tax dollars. Oh and $125 for a mail box. Cheaper than the $700 plus that was paid out for a mail box a few years ago.
