Sorry to disappoint you Mr Bear, but I'm just a loyal online Observer reader and the articles they post. I guess I get my knowlege or lack thereof from them, it's like a bad book you just can't help but read. there has been a lot to read about that Village, aside from the comments to the articles. Why are you so intrested in my post when others post here too? My post seemed to get under your skin a bit, so sorry kind of.

Mike Bolender ran off with all the cash. Charging the village over $250,000 in the last few years for bad legal work. He needs to be brought up on charges for legal malfeasance.

Sounds like you may have some inside information on this Roughneck. Hopefully the State Investigators question anyone with any information to get to the bottom of this. Thankfully, just reading this article, I'm sure individuals like you will come forward with the information. Good thing the Observer keeps IP addys.

Also, what have these two done for the Village of Foresville? Have they brought in any revenue or spent precious tax dollars?

Wake up residents. Look what what has happened in one years time. They have let go of any person that had a clue of what was heppening. They hired a clerk that cannot keep a job and can only stir trouble wherever he goes. I'm sure that the new attorney was not re-elected as Mayor of Fredoina for good resasons. I think if you ask people in the Fredonia Dunkirk area about the the attorney and clerk you would gain a much better perspective of how they operate. What have they done to that poor Village of Forestville for the one year that they have been working there? Now the poor residents of the Village of Forestville have to deal with them. Who has this new Mayor let in and out of the clerks office? Maybe some documents are missing due to the fact that people were and have been in and out of the office when they should not have been in there going through things? Maybe the clerk has some inprortant documents at his home that need to be brought back to the Village of Forestville

missing paper work and miss management of funds, are we sure that this story isn't about the city of Dunkirk and DLDC, or is this the norm in how government affairs are processed

Here are some of the questions: 1. Who signed the RAN? Was anyone authorized to sign the RAN? 2. Was the RAN obtained without prior grant/revenue committed by a state/federal agency? Therefore was the RAN obtained fraudulently? 3. Is there anything from a state/federal agency indicating an attempt to apply for a grant to assist in paying this RAN? 4. If the RAN was not authorized and was obtained fraudulently is the Village responsible? If not who is?
