I would like to see earlier times myself. There are so many times I get home at 3:30 after working a double and I can't even go to sleep because I have to wait to move my car. Then I can't get a decent amount of sleep before my next shift. I've never even thought of people who can't see very well in the dark or are more prone to slipping.

Nice article which shows the incompetence and lack of sensitivity the people calling the shots have. One would at least expect the minimum. As we see in the case, the minimum isn't even attainable. Shame on the city for ignoring the people.
