This is why politicians in Dunkirk are a complete and utter failure. When NRG shut it doors...Dunkirk made no cuts to its police and fire budgets. When Conagra left Dunkirk...Politicians still refuse to make cuts...whether its a cut or spending decrease...Fredonia is doing it right and Dunkirk has it half ass backwards.
