I don't like the way the system drags out these bankruptcy proceedings. Am I the only who gets lost in shuffle? I need to read these things twice and then wonder what I just read. The Detroit bankruptcy is dragging out too. Initially, it had everyone's attention and looked like a reasonable decision would be made in short order. Currently, much like this bankruptcy, I have lost an understanding of what is happening. The tactics being used to drag these proceedings out need to be addressed by the bankruptcy judge and a decision needs to be made in a reasonable amount of time so the public is aware of what is happening.

And again, the no offer has been accepted line WITHOUT explanation!!! If there is NO offer, than SOME offer is more money, correct!? The last offer I heard was $11 million, and there were hints that it could go higher, that it was a "first offer". But, did LSH make a counter offer, and if so how much? LOTS of unsaid things going on here, and all clearly showing the actual intent of those in control, namely Hamot and Brooks, which is to close it, PERIOD! Open your eyes people, DEMAND answers!
