@hadenough operational expenses have been explained several times before and come from franchise fees from Time Warner the cable operator.Having said seems to be an ACTUAL return and not part of City taxes.and will bring a visible transparency in government as it should be but has been failing. It isa and has been and what people want. Only disagreement with Mr Makuch's article is that he hasn't read the paper nor is he aware that the people he's talking about did not have their contract renewed and haven't been around. Some teacher from the school will now be doing. Read Richard. I, too felt Haynes & Magill did an excellent job and wonder why they are no longer doing this. Were they offered this money?BTW I keep forgetting...asked you several times hadenough...are you a city resident or one of these "blowhards" on here living in different locales (or even out of state)commenting on City issues>....just curious.

Steiner, here is an excerpt from yesterdays Los Angles Times. BHO is getting his executive order pen ready so he can override Congress.

WASHINGTON — "President Obama plans two new executive actions this week to promote equal pay for women — and to promote equal pay as a critical issue for Democrats this election year".

BHO says everyone must be treated equally unless you are a white male. A white male needs to take a back seat to make things fair.

Hadenough, bravo. Rich should think of the service like a public school or a liberal green energy business. Billions down the rat hole with no return. Mr Makuch is suprised ? how ?

Sir. This is Dunkrk. Spending money without a return is the norm. Look at the dirt cleaner that was purchased. Look at the streets. Water plant. Dunkirk is and has been run by individuals who have their own agendas and a common council of the same political party. You sir of all people should know how it works. You were a councilman and backed every initiative Frey had.
