so on tv residents were complaining that a tree had been blocking one of the brooks in gowanda. the DEC would not remove it. they were saving the fish ! yes, saving fish. meanwhile the town floods and behold, now they said they could remove the debris blocking the stream as it was an emergency ! See why i call them the dumb govt employees? i am waiting for someone to say global warming did this.

At least nobody died or were injured. (well, 1 case, but not too seriously) The cost to even attempt a permanent fix in Gowanda would be astronomical!
