The distinct smell goes hand-in-hand w/the familiar scent (and "brown fish") emitted from the WWTP.

This is insane. I have lived in Dunirk all my life and do not have a doctorate degree. Yet even I know that the smell of dead fish is produced by dead fish. We never needed a specialist in Marine biology to tell us dead fish stink when they start to decay. Who is the city going to call when the seaweed starts decaying on the beach? A seaweed specialist. The administration is out of control and have no idea where the problems lie in the city. If you need to speak to the mayor or the attorney be at the bank when it opens today.
