NEW YORK (AP) — A former assistant principal of a Brooklyn high school has been accused of raping a former student.
The office that investigates misconduct at New York City schools also says a former employee of an after-school program at the same school forced another student to perform oral sex on him.
The report alleges former assistant principal William Abreu raped a 17-year-old graduate in his office at Progress High School for Professional Careers in 2009.
The investigation follows an earlier probe by the same office accusing Abreu of making inappropriate sexual remarks.
Information on an attorney for Abreu was not available.
The report also accuses Juan Martinez of forcing a 16-year-old student to perform oral sex on him in 2011.
An attorney for Martinez did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
