Pillowcasegram to hold trunk show showcasing Amy Butler

POSTED: September 12, 2008

Pillowcasegram will be holding an Amy Butler trunk show from Sept. 12 through Sept. 26.

If you're a sewer or quilter, and you don't know of Amy Butler, this will be a great time to learn about her fabrics and patterns.

Many of Amy's patterns and fabrics will be available for sale, and many finished items will be in the shop to view. There will be both 100 percent cotton fabrics for quilting and fashion sewing, and home decorating fabrics for throw pillows and other easy and fun home decorating ideas. If you don't sew, Pillowcasegram can make the items for you, if you purchase the patterns and fabric.

Amy Butler's designs are energetic and fresh. Her bold designs are inspired by her love of vintage fabric, nature, travel abroad, and everyday life. It has been said that Amy Butler has single-handedly changed the quilting fabric industry. Her fabric lines are vintage and sophisticated, in exciting color-ways.

Come out to Pillowcasegram, at 3 W. Main Street, in North East, Pa., to see her beautiful fabrics and patterns. Hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday; open to 7 p.m. on Thursday. Call 814-725-3400 for more information.
