MAYVILLE - Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate agent Olivia James has earned her New York State license as a real estate broker.
"Securing a broker's license demonstrates extensive real estate experience and completion of the substantial continuing education required to meet the high standards of the profession," said company president George W. "Pete" Holt. "Our company stresses professional development and Olivia's achievement emphasizes that."
A Chautauqua Lake area native, James joined the company's staff of more than 40 professional agents last fall. She specializes in second home and retirement security real estate.
James had been a small business owner in Idaho, an IBM programmer and systems analyst and a partner in a New York City condominium conversion project prior to returning to Chautauqua County.
"No matter where I've lived, I have always advocated the Chautauqua Lake region as a cultural and pastoral haven with a quintessentially American lifestyle," she said. "It really is incomparable."
