Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cash

October 11, 2009
The OBSERVER

Robert (Bob) and Pat Cash celebrated their 60th anniversary on Sept. 24 at the Eagle House Restaurant in Williamsville. The couple celebrated with their son-in-law, daughter, and grandchildren, Roger, Sally, Karl, and Elizabeth Newell of Fredonia and Amherst.

They were married in Angola but have lived in Arkwright. Elsie and Arthur Cash, brother and sister to Bob and Pat, were matron of honor and best man. Bob grew up in Angola on his family's property dating back to the original purchase from the Holland Land Company. Pat grew up in Buffalo but spent her summers on the Lake Erie shore where the couple met. They moved to the Fredonia when Niagara Mohawk built the power plant where Bob was employed.
