James and Betty Clarke of Forestville recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
Originally wed Dec. 29, 1959 at the Laona United Methodist Church in Fredonia, Jim and the former Betty Felt are the proud parents of four children: Jamie Potter of Jamestown, Desiree Coon of Fredonia, William Clarke of West Henrietta, and Dorothy Clarke of Buffalo.
The entire Clarke family gathered together over the holidays for a Golden Christmas celebration. Grandchildren Kristin Potter, Jeremy Coon, Jennifer Clarke, Justin Clarke, Joshua Clement, Trisha Moritz, Charlie Clement, John Clement, Gracie Clement and great-grandchildren Donovan and Kamden Tilly presented their grandparents with an array of gifts and congratulations.
