The Water's Edge in New York City was the setting for the August 30, 2009 double-ring ceremony uniting in marriage Adriana Lomysh, daughter of Motria Lomysh of Dunkirk, and Jason Campbell, son of Colin and Linda Campbell of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The Manhattan skyline provided the backdrop for the 6 p.m. candlelight service, officiated by Rev. Richard Hasselbach.
Escorted by her mother, the bride wore an Allure A-line ivory lace gown with a scalloped edge v-shaped neckline and a crystal encrusted satin band highlighting a fitted empire waistline. She carried a bouquet of cream vendalla roses and ranaculus and deep purple calla lilies and dahlias. A Julliard string duo provided music for the ceremony and the accompaniment for soloist Shannon Darin and quartet vocalists Julia Toby, Jen Caruana, Jim Marino and Miles Johnson. Readers were Kristy Merola of Connecticut and Debbie Porpiglia of Dunkirk.
Serving as matron of honor was Jaimee Gustafson of Dunkirk. Attendants were longtime friends Beth Tait of Los Angeles, Jen Caruana and Margot Leitman Curry of New York City and Martine Campbell, sister of the groom , of Vancouver. Junior bridesmaid was Nika Seider of Silver Spring, Md., daughter of the bride's cousin.

Greg Barry of Toronto served as best man. Groomsmen were Jamie Campbell of Vancouver, brother of the groom and friends Kirk Nylen of Toronto, Jim DiMarino and Miles Johnson of New York City.
The reception, following the ceremony and cocktail hour, included guests from Canada, California, Colorado, Texas, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Florida and London, England.
The bride is a graduate of Dunkirk High School and of Ithaca College School of Music, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in vocal performance. The groom, a professional photographer, is a graduate of the Spectrum Arts School. Both are pursuing acting and singing careers, working in film, musical theater and television.
Following a honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico the couple resides in New York City.
