In a private candelight ceremony at the Fox Run Vineyards, in the Finger Lakes, on Jan. 22, 2010, Amanda M. Anger and Justin J. Dix were united in marriage.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Anger Jr. of Silver Creek. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Dix of Forestville, and the late Caron Robert of Silver Creek.
The next evening a reception was held at Quincy Cellars in Ripley.

Mrs. Dix is a graduate of Silver Creek High School and Buffalo State College. She currently works at URS Corporation as an architectural designer.
Mr. Dix is a graduate of Forestville High School and Alfred State College. He currently works at the Seneca Allegany Casino as a pit manager.
A honeymoon via rail across Canada to the Canadian Rockies is to follow later this summer.
Mr. and Mrs. Dix currently reside in Forestville.
