Last Pole Standing

Penelec’s Justin Frederoski prepared the connection from above- to below-ground lines near the intersection of Liberty Street and Pennsylvania Avenue earlier this week. The utility pole he was working on is the westernmost on Pennsylvania that will be left up at the end of the first phase of the Streetscape project.
