The Lake Erie Bird Club will meet Monday, Sept. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at BOCES, Fredonia-Stockton Road, Fredonia. Terry Mosher will present the program. All who are interested in birds and wildlife are welcome to attend. New bird watchers are especially welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
Also at the meeting, members will have the opportunity to sign up to participate in the annual fall bird count sponsored by the Buffalo Ornithological Society on Oct. 10. The Lake Erie Bird Club territory covers Northern Chautauqua County. Members are encouraged to participate by counting the birds in their yards. Jeanine Smith will serve as count compiler for the Lake Erie Bird Club.
