A Boisterous Welcome Home

A large crowd gathered at the corner of Market Street and Fifth Avenue on Wednesday to welcome Lt. Col. David Wortman home from his third tour of duty in Iraq. Community members lined the street carrying signs and waving American flags to thank Lt. Col. Wortman for serving our country and to welcome him back to Warren.
