John Anderson of John Anderson Construction uses an excavator on Thursday to tear down part of the former Pizza Hut building on Pennsylvania Avenue East in Warren. Anderson expects to demolish the Cassie’s building next door this weekend. According to city officials, a Tim Hortons will be built on the site.
