Mr. and Mrs. David W. Foote

Jesse Kathryn Price and David W. Foote were united in marriage on May 22, 2010 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church in Fredonia. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Mary Price of Fredonia. The groom is the son of Craig and Linda Foote and Doug and Mary Jo Nichol of Rochester. The double-ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Charles Zadora. The wedding organist was Lucy Hurley and a solo was performed by Lindsay Michalak, the bride's cousin.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a strapless, white gown with front rouching and corset back. The gown was complimented by a pearl necklace belonging to the bride's godmother, Cynthia Guenther.

The maid of honor was Lucy Price of Fredonia, sister of the bride. Serving as bridemaids were Abbey Price of Baltimore, Md., sister of the bride; Devon Okemua of Augusta, Ga., sister of the groom; Elizabeth Szydlo of Arlington, Va., Rachel Schmerbeck of Fort Myers, Fla., Melissa Shearer of Charlotte, N.C., all friends of the bride.

The best man was Nick Gedraitis of East Aurora, friend of the groom. Serving as groomsmen were Brian Miller, Ben Aman and Neil Carroll of Rochester; Toby Wille of Fredonia, all friends of the groom; and Christian Price of Fredonia, the bride's nephew.

A reception was held at the Clarion Inn in Dunkirk.

The bride is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a B.A. in psychology and B.S. in exercise science. She also graduated from the Great Lakes Institute of Technology as a diagnostic medical sonographer. She is employed at Medicor Associates as an ultrasound technologist. The groom is a SUNY Fredonia graduate with a B.A. in history. He is employed at Geico Insurance in Amherst.

For their honeymoon, the couple took a cruise to the Caribbean.
