Senior center to close Tuesday

The Fredonia-Pomfret Grape Belt Senior Center will be closed for village voting on Election Day, Nov. 2.

Veterans to be honored at luncheon

The United Senior Citizens will be honoring its members who are veterans at the Nov. 8 luncheon. Since the group will be celebrating Veterans Day (Nov. 11) the same week, the group unanimously voted at the October meeting to honor its 17 members who served in the military with a complimentary lunch. The United Senior Citizens are proud to salute their members who are veterans, as well as all veterans.
