Building up when enrollment is down seems to be the trend with a number of school districts in Western New York. Forestville is no exception. With enrollment declining, voters approved a $13 million building project that - believe it or not - comes with no cost to the local taxpayers. Oh, that's right - the project is state funded. Oops. We forgot. We all pay state taxes. Looks like we're all on the hook for this one. Remember, if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.
