With less than 400 students enrolled, Ripley Central Schools is the smallest district in Chautauqua County. But being the smallest is starting to take a large toll. For the second time in three years, Ripley is in discussions with Westfield and other districts so its students can take part in programming not available at its schools. Already, Westfield and Ripley have teamed up for football.
