Col. Robert and Andrea Lynch of Fredonia and Venice, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Margaret "Greta" Kathryn Lynch, to Emmanuel Raymond Colliot, son of Denis and Christiane Colliot of Versailles, France.
The bride-to-be attended Pine View School in Osprey, Fla., and earned her B.S., with a double major in molecular genetics and international studies, from SUNY Fredonia. She is currently a master's fellow at the Cornell University Institute of Public Affairs in Ithaca.
The prospective groom is a graduate of the Lycee Hoche in Versailles. He earned a master's degree in management and master of science in finance from EDHEC Business School in France. He is currently working in management consulting with ZS Associates in London, UK. The couple met in Washington, D.C. A 2012 wedding is planned.
