Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Kaczar

Ashley Elizabeth Germain and Ryan Michael Kaczar exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 4, 2010, at Bemus Point United Methodist Church. The Rev. Daniel McBride performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Karl and Donna Germain of Bemus Point, and the granddaughter of Sylvia Stowell of Falconer, Anne Marie Nickerson of Bemus Point, and the late Charles Nickerson. Her husband is the son of Steven Kaczar of Bemus Point, and Jeanne Kaczar of Palm Harbor, Fla., and the grandson of Charlene and Roger Bigney of Celoron, Joseph and Patricia Kaczar of Sinclairville, and Carol Collins of Ashville.

Ashley Tordoff was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jillian Pfeiffer, Kelly Kaczar, Caroline Piper, Katie Sloan, Victoria Roberts and Kaity Harman. Flower girls were Alyssa Peru and Morgan Overturf.

Best man was Joseph Kaczar II, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Aaron and Austin Germain, brothers of the bride, Patrick Winchester, Devin Kennelley, Adam Sampson and Brett Steffen.

Masters and mistresses of ceremonies were Amy Brugge, Laurrie and Gary Josephson, and Scott and Dianne Vanstee.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Maple Grove High School and received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Jamestown Business College in 2010. She is employed by Darden Restaurants, Red Lobster, as a restaurant manager. Her husband is a 2002 graduate of Maple Grove High School and is employed as an auto body technician at Kaczar Collision in Jamestown.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica. They reside in Jamestown.
