Mary Bellanca and Joseph Ivory were united in marriage on Oct. 16, 2010 at St. Anthony's Church in Fredonia. Father CJ Westfield officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bellanca of Amherst. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Ivory of Fredonia.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a white, satin gown which featured a princess-line silhouette and chapel train. Beaded embroidery trimmed the neckline, hem and back and extended into the train. The bride carried a bouquet of blue delphiniums and white roses accented with crystals.

The maid of honor was the bride's best friend, Rachael Rush of Brooklyn. Bridesmaids included Carrie Davenport of Fredonia, friend of the bride; Sarah Ivory of Penfield and Michele Griffin of Penn Yan, sisters of the groom. The bridesmaids wore a strapless, midnight blue, formal floor-length gown with a beaded empire waist and sweetheart neckline.
The best man was the groom's friend Vincent Trippi of Fredonia. Groomsmen were Thomas Bellanca of Amherst, brother of the bride; Christopher Ivory of Fredonia, cousin of the groom; and John Frame of Fredonia, friend of groom. Ushers also included Darin Katta of Fredonia, friend of groom; and Stephen Griffin of Penn Yan, brother-in-law of groom.
Tyler Griffin, nephew of the groom, served as the ring bearer of the ceremony, while sister Kaley Griffin, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Shorewood Country Club in Dunkirk.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Sweet Home High School and graduated from Daemen College in 2005. She is currently employed by the Dunkirk City School District as a fourth-grade teacher at School 4. The groom is a 1996 graduate of Fredonia High School and graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 1999. He is currently employed by D&F Pallet as the plant manager.
The couple will travel to Walt Disney World for their honeymoon this winter. They currently reside in Fredonia.
