Rochelle Elaine Wiltsie and Matthew Perry Slaven were united in marriage on Sept. 18, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Park United Methodist Church, Sinclairville. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. James Bailey.
The bride is the daughter of Randall and Jill Wiltsie of Frewsburg. The groom is the son of Richard and Melissa Slaven of Cassadaga.
At the ceremony, the soloist was Ruth Sivertson of Minnesota, cousin of the bride, and pianist was Scott Waterman of Jamestown.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a white, strapless gown and carried a bouquet of red roses with stephanotis.
Matron of honor was Roxanne Kelley of Kennedy, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids included Jessica Pangborn of Kiantone, best friend of the bride; Caroline Griffith of Bemus Point, cousin of the groom; Ariel Slaven of Cassadaga, sister of the groom; and Joyceanne Wiltsie of Frewsburg, sister of the bride. The attendants wore apple red gowns.
The best man was Ryan Goot of Cassadaga, best friend of the groom. Groomsmen included Joshua Slaven of Hamburg, brother of the groom; Jeremy Kelley of Kennedy, brother-in-law of the bride; Jeremy Slaven of Cassadaga, brother of the groom; and Clarke Wiltsie of Frewsburg, brother of the bride.
Serving as flower girl was Giada Kirrell of Dunkirk, cousin of the groom. The ring bearer was Nathan Bailey of Dunkirk, friend of the bride.
The reception was held at the Dunkirk Moose Lodge.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Frewsburg Central School, a 2009 graduate of Jamestown Community College and a 2010 graduate of BOCES LPN school. She is currently working at The Resource Center.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School and attended Jamestown Community College. He is currently an EMT for Rural/Metro Medical Services in Springville.
The couple spent their honeymoon at the Clarion Hotel followed by a trip to North Carolina. They reside in Dunkirk.
