Amy M. Main and Michael R. Rutenber exchanged wedding vows on April 17, 2010 at the home of the bride's parents. The Rev. Daniel Rutenber, father of the groom, performed the ceremony. Music was provided by the bride's brother, Robert Main.
The bride is the daughter of Austin and Nancy Main of Gerry. Her husband is the son of Daniel and Robin Rutenber of Holley, N.Y., and grandson of Lorraine Lindsay of Amherst.
The wedding took place in front of a cross erected by the bride's father. The reception was held at the home of the bride's sister, Ruthanne Main, of Sinclairville.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College. She is employed as an English teacher at Clyde Savannah Central School. Her husband is employed at Mercer Realty of Rochester.
They honeymooned in the Finger Lakes region. They are living in East Rochester.
