State Police at Fredonia
ARKWRIGHT - On Dec. 24, a vehicle operated by R. M. Easterly-Press, 21, of Main Street, South Dayton was traveling west on State Route 83 in the Town of Arkwright. The vehicle slid on a patch of snow and went into a ditch, causing the vehicle to roll over. Easterly-Press was issued a traffic ticket for unreasonable speed. The ticket is returnable to the Town of Arkwright Court.
On Thursday, Wade D. Vosburgh Jr., 22, of Toad Hollow Road, Little Valley was arrested at the Fredonia State Police Barracks after it was determined he was wanted on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Sheridan Court for disorderly conduct. Vosburgh was arraigned before the Town of Sheridan Court where he paid the remaining fine and was released.
RIPLEY - On Thursday, Jonathan L. Klaes, 22, of Goodrich Street, Ripley was arrested for possessing prescription medication outside the original container. While investigating a domestic incident at his residence, troopers found Klaes allegedly possessed several Vicadin tablets not prescribed to him. Klaes was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ripley Court.
