Roberta Sipp and Robert St. Martin announce their engagement. Sipp is the daughter of Chris and Christine Sipp of Fredonia. St. Martin is the son of Laurie and Mel Hathaway of Fall River, Mass.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 Fredonia High School graduate, a 2005 Jamestown Community College graduate and an alumna of Cassadaga Job Corps. She is employed as a housekeeper for Best Western.
The prospective groom graduated from the Cassadaga Job Corps program in September 2010. He currently works for Kelly Services at Purina.
