SILVER CREEK - The Silver Creek Seniors met Feb. 15 at the Route 5 club rooms with 23 people in attendance. President Ed Newman opened the meeting with all reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and singing "God Bless America."
Chaplain Irene Conny presented a prayer. Newman announced that Arlene Mohart and Julie Anger need prayers for their health.
Several members won number drawings or gifts. Jokes were presented by John Krestic. Bingo was called by Marv Smith. The Newmans were in charge of refreshments and sundaes were served.
At the club's next meeting on Tuesday, members were asked to bring a photo of George Washington in honor of his birthday. Pizza will be served.
