Joy Goulding Wood and George Jewell announce their engagement. Wood, formerly of Brocton, is the daughter of Joanne Goulding of Brocton and the late James E. Goulding Sr. Jewell is the son of the late Victor and May Jewell.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Brocton Central School and is currently on medical leave from EZ Home Improvement, Inc., Fredonia.
The prospective groom graduated from Union City High School, Union City, Pa., and is a U.S. Marine veteran.
