A Dunkirk man has been arraigned on second-degree murder charges in City Court this afternoon.
David Corsi, 22, of 307 Eagle St., was before Judge John Kuzdale this afternoon. He is accused of shooting 20-year-old Silver Creek resident Ricardo Vazquez, 20. Vazquez died from the two gunshot wound injuries Wednesday on Thursday morning at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo.
