Jennifer Carmella Pagan and Jose Rafael Diaz announce their engagement. Pagan is the daughter of Lucy Pagan, Victor Martinez of Dunkirk and the late Jaime Luis Pagan (Papito). Diaz is the son of Efrain Diaz Cotto of Cayey, Puerto Rico.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Dunkirk High School and a 2007 graduate of Jamestown Community College with a degree in medical office technology. She is currently attending college for another degree. She is employed by St. Vincent's Home.
The prospective groom attended school in Cayey, Puerto Rico.
