Nicholas and Betty Andin recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. They were married on April 12, 1946.
The Forest Masonic Lodge in Fredonia was the setting for the couple's celebration at which time they renewed their vows with the Rev. Helen Sam officiating. The party was attended by 119 people, including members of the EMCA, Shriners, Masons, other bodies of Masonry, friends and family. The couple thanks all who attended.
The couple raised six children, Nicholas (Beverly), Joanne (Daniel) Stevens, Deborah Washington, James (Lisa), Anna Raynor, and Clifford (deceased). Nick and Betty have 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Andin is the owner of Andinco Properties, Inc. He is the president of Andinco Transportation, now owned by Norman Hills Trucking. In 1985 Nicholas bought the Masonic Temple in Dunkirk. With his family, he restored it to a viable edifice and began renting space. He then sold it to Palmer Bryant Realty.
