Christa Mosier-Wright and John Nuber announce their engagement. The bride is the daughter of Bill and Bobbie Mosier of Dunkirk. The groom is the son of the late Anita Summers and Bob Summers of Rhinelander, Wis., and Edward and Joanne Nuber of Deltona, Fla.
