Christine Kilbury and Todd Bialaszewski announce their engagement. Kilbury is the daughter of Loyd and Sandra Kilbury of Rochester. Bialaszewski is the son of Tom and Pat Bialaszewski of Dunkirk.
The bride-to-be received her bachelor's degree from SUNY Fredonia and her master's degree in teaching from SUNY Geneseo. She is a teacher for Rush Henrietta CSD.
The prospective groom received his bachelor's degree in management from SUNY Fredonia. He is a self-employed entrepreneur in internet marketing.
