Jennifer Lauren Turak was married to Christopher James Peters on Oct. 16, 2010 at the Smith Chapel on the Penn State Behrend Campus in Erie, Pa. Pastor Dan Soderberg officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Ron and Kathy Turak of Erie, Pa. The groom is the son of Dave Peters of Fredonia and Kathy Peters of Brocton.
The bride was escorted by her father to music performed by Daniel and Emily Cabinillas. Christie Foster, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Stephanie Turak, sister of the bride, was also a maid of honor. Kurt Gee, best friend of the groom, was the best man.
The reception followed at the Ambassador Conference Center where the crystal ballroom was embellished with a Disney and fairy tale theme based on the couple's engagement in Disney World the previous year. Mr. and Mrs. Peters honeymooned in Disney World following their reception. They reside in Fredonia.
