Care Connections is an Alzheimer's and dementia awareness program to offer tips to families, friends, and caregivers. Lorraine Leonard, nurse practitioner, Heritage Ministries; Lesley Kennedy, Western New York Alzheimer's Association; and Frank Berbick, Adult Day Care, will be presenters. The program will be held Monday at 7 p.m. and Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Sarita Weeks Room, Arts & Science Building, Jamestown Community College (Jamestown campus).
