Carl and Donna (Fancher) Kuhlman

Carl and Donna (Fancher) Kuhlman celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 11, 2011. They were married Aug. 11, 1951 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Farnham. Mr. Kuhlman is the son of the late Carl and the late Martha (Jacobs) Kuhlman. Mrs. Kuhlman is the daughter of the late Albert and the late Josephine Fancher.

Wedding attendants were his late brother Donald and late wife Loretta Kuhlman. Also at their wedding were Nancy Kuhlman Hyde, his sister, and David Kuhlman, his cousin.

Mr. Kuhlman attended Silver Creek School and retired from Greater Buffalo Press, also known as Great Lakes Color Printing. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953.

Mrs. Kuhlman attended Silver Creek and Dunkirk schools. She is a retired teacher's aide and worked at the Van Raalte store in Silver Creek and the Boston store on Main Street in Dunkirk.

They have three children, the late Cindy Kuhlman, Brian and Faith (France) Kuhlman, and Lynette Kuhlman from Warren, Pa.

Grandchildren include Amanda (Charlie) Bellows of Beaulaville, N.C., and Brett (Amber) Kuhlman of Erie, Pa. Great-grandchildren include Kira, Brett Jr., Braden, Nolan and Norah.

The family celebrated this milestone at their daughter Lynette's home along with their grandson's birthday, son and wife's birthday, and son and wife's anniversary.
