Editor, OBSERVER:
The article in the Aug. 15 edition of the paper was a good description of the Bicentennial History Fair. However, it did leave out one key element. The individual displays, re-enactments and lectures were wonderful, but it is the person who planned it all and saw to its execution to whom the most congratulations should go: Michelle Henry, our county historian. It was she, with her wonderful volunteers, who made it such a resounding success.
