August 26, 2011
The OBSERVER

More than 1,500 people attended Thursday night's Music at the Pier in Dunkirk, which also sent a message from the area Rotary clubs: End Polio Now.

The clubs of Dunkirk, Fredonia and Westfield-Mayville hosted the event, which raised money to contribute to the global effort by Rotary International to eradicate the deadly and debilitating disease of polio. The Nickel City Pimp Choir is the band that played at pier on Thursday.
