Jessica Croxton and Daniel Mallon were united in marriage in a double-ring, civil ceremony on Oct. 23, 2010 at Room 1520 in Chicago, Ill. The bride is the daughter of Jack and Mary Croxton of Fredonia. The groom is the son of Peter and Bonnie Mallon, of Wyckoff, N.J.
Musicians at the ceremony included Daniel Tambarelli on bass, Joseph Ciarello on drums, guitarists Brett Goodman and Matthew DeSteno, and Brian Purwin on the violin. Ceremony readers were Erica Hammond of Linden, N.J., and Whitney Johnson of Denver, Colo.
Attendants at the wedding included Andrew Keys of Hoboken, N.J., friend of the groom; Tara Mallon of New York City, sister of the groom; Jennifer Branden of Fredonia, sister of the bride; Joshua Croxton of Princeton, N.J., brother of the bride; Lucia Lacourtna of Union, N.J., cousin of the groom; and Alexis Branden of Fredonia, niece of the bride. Timothy Branden, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.

A reception was held at Room 1520.
The bride is an alumna of Fredonia High School and Miami University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy. She received her master's degree in social work at Wurzweiler School of Social Work. She is a fair housing compliance manager for the Chicago Housing Authority.
The groom is a graduate of Ramapo High School and the University of Rochester, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in physics. He received his juris doctorate degree from Chicago Kent School of Law. He is an assistant appellate defender for the Office of the State Appellate Defender.
The couple lives in Chicago, Ill.
