FORESTVILLE - A benefit will be held to help a local woman fighting cervical cancer defray the cost of medical bills.
Danielle Kempf-Fix is a 1997 graduate of Lake Shore High School and has lived in the Silver Creek and Forestville areas for seven years.
She is also a 33-year-old mother of three who is fighting cervical cancer.
Friends and family are putting together a benefit for Danielle to assist with increasing medical bills associated with her treatment and travel expenses.
The benefit will be held Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Forestville American Legion Post 953, 6 Cedar St. in Forestville. There will be food, drinks, 50/50 and basket raffles and door prizes.
Music will also be provided by the local band Rinky Dink.

All donations are greatly appreciated and will go to help Danielle pay for travel and treatment expenses.
