Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Ceallaigh

Hayley Mucha and Wayne Ceallaigh of Fredonia were united in marriage on June 25, 2011, at 1 p.m. on the shores of Lake Erie in Barcelona. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Cliff Cliver. The Jamestown String Quartet provided the music at the beach wedding. Readings were given by aunts of the bride Gloria Mucha and Patricia Fox.

The bride, daughter of Dennis and Deborah Mucha of Fredonia, was escorted by her father. She carried a bouquet of orange lilies, pink roses, green orchids, and hypernica berries. She was dressed in a strapless, white A-line gown with an asymmetrical skirt. Her attendants were in tea length, watermelon, strapless dresses. They included matron of honor Jaynie Nafziger, friend of the bride; maid of honor Sara Malikowski, friend of the bride; and bridesmaid KelLee Rich, friend of the bride. The groom's daughters Jade and Lily Barone served as junior bridesmaids, and flower girl Sofia Nafziger, friend of the bride, wore an ankle-length white dress.

The groom's attendants were best man Brennen White, friend of the groom; groomsman Troy Mucha, brother of the bride; and groomsman Alex Barone, son of the groom.

The Asian beach-themed wedding reception was held at Webb's Captain's Table in Mayville. Music was provided by the Jamestown String Quartet for the cocktail hour followed by DJ Dan Warren from Jamestown.

The bride is a graduate of Fredonia High School and Houghton College, where she received her bachelor's degree in biology. She received a master's degree in education from Niagara University. The bride is currently employed at Fredonia Central School and the WCA Home.

The groom is in his senior year at SUNY Fredonia, majoring in English with plans to pursue law school. He is employed by Fredonia Place, and occasionally substitutes for teachers at Forestville Middle/High School.

For their honeymoon, the couple sent one month driving more than 12,000 miles across the United States including stops in Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, California, Colorado, Utah, South Dakota, and a side trip to Cancun, Mexico. They now reside in Fredonia.
