Katherine Jewell Woloszyn and Steven Richard Tilley of Dunkirk announce their engagement. Woloszyn is the daughter of John and Nancy Woloszyn of Dunkirk and Susanne Woloszyn of Huntsville, Ala. Tilley is the son of Richard Tilley of Fredonia and Geraldine Sobczak of Dunkirk.
The bride-to-be is employed at Nestle Purina in Dunkirk. The groom is a sergeant with the New York State Department of Corrections.
A November 2011 wedding is planned.
